REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY

Keeping in view of advance payments towards technicalities, company finances and other costs for hosting the Virtual conference, we had to keep the Refund Policy as follows:

• If the participant cannot attend and is unable to transfer their registration to another individual or event, no refund will be issued
• Once payment is made on our conference website, cancellations are strictly prohibited due to the conference's low price structures
