Our program is designed to foster engagement between speakers and the audience. If you are presenting in a single track, we kindly ask that you keep your slides concise, visually appealing, and packed with valuable information. Allocate ample time for questions at the conclusion of your presentation, and strive to make your talk engaging and captivating

What if there are changes to the program schedule

The organizing committee endeavours to minimize disruptions to the conference program whenever feasible, but occasional changes may be unavoidable. Should there be any alterations to your scheduled talk time, the conference organizer will promptly notify you. Delegates will be informed on the day of the event, and updated program agendas will be provided in the conference workbooks. Any last-minute changes will be communicated as soon as they are known, ensuring that you are promptly informed about any adjustments affecting your talk time.

How can I pay my registration fee

Payment can be done through credit card/ cheque / Bank Transfer

How do I register a group

To take advantage of our group discount, your group should consist of 3 or more attendees from the same company and they must be registered at the same time

Do I have to register in advance or can I register on spot

We strongly emphasize to register in advance rather spot registration.

What is the dress code

The dress code at all our events is business/casual. Speakers often choose smart business attire, but we leave it to the individual to decide
